Shipping within the UK typical takes 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch , for international orders , it typically takes 10-17 working days , depending on your location. Your order MIGHT arrive earlier, but these are our estimated delivery times. Please note that the processing times may vary , especially during busy periods. We regret to inform that we are unable to process refunds for products that appear used, even if a reason or excuse is given. Refunds are only accepted if the item is returned unused , in its original condition , and within the return period stated on our store policy.
