As of June 5th 2025 , we now ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may sometimes experience delays or customs issues , but we are always here to help. How long does the delivery take ?

Shipping within the UK typical takes 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch , for international orders , it typically takes 10-17 working days , depending on your location. Your order might arrive earlier,  but these are our estimated delivery times. Please note that the processing times may vary , especially during busy periods. Do I get a refund if the product looks used ?

We regret to inform that we are unable to process refunds for products that appear used, even if a reason or excuse is given. Refunds are only accepted if the item is returned unused , in its original condition , and within the return period stated on our store policy. Returns requested after the allowed period will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do I get a full refund if I refuse to pay customs/tax and the package is returned back to the Uk?

No. Custom duties , improt taxes and any additional fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse to pay the required customs charges and your parcel is returned to us in the UK, we can only process a refund once the parcel has been successfully returned and received by us.Your refund will cover the eligible products only. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return, customs, handling or courier charges incurred as a result of the parcel being refused may also be deducted from your refund.If the parcel is refused but is not successfully returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.
