When placing an international order, it’s important to understand how customs duties and taxes work.
Please note , not all destinations require additional charge!
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are charged by the destination country’s customs authority, not by Blondify. These charges are required by law and vary depending on your country, local regulations, and order value (custom charges are usually a low amount)
Why do some customers need to pay customs?
Each country has its own import rules. When a parcel arrives, customs may apply:

Handling or clearance fees
These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Why do some brands include customs at checkout?
Some companies choose to include duties and taxes at checkout. In this case, the cost is still paid by the customer but is added to the total order amount.
At Blondify, we have chosen not to include customs fees at checkout. Instead, customs are paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.
This ensures:

When and how are customs paid?
If customs charges apply:

The courier or customs authority will contact you via email or SMS

Payment is made directly to them, not to Blondify

Once paid, the package is released for delivery
What happens if customs are not paid?
If customs charges are not paid:

The parcel may be held, returned, or abandoned by customs

Delivery will not be completed until payment is made
Refunds & Returns
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges:

A refund will be issued once the package is received back

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges.

IMPORTANT !
If your order has been shipped to your destination country and customs charges are not paid, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK. In this case, only the cost of the products will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish to recover shipping costs, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
